Occupancy comes from simulated per-zone people-counting sensors. Cameras do not count people here: there is no video, no image, no recording, no people detection and no on-device inference behind any marker.
A reading that stops arriving is shown as last known with its time and left out of totals; a floor with no current readings shows no total rather than zero.
